I’m intrigued by the edges. I want to peer over and see what is there, yet I know I can lean too far over, or I will fall. I want to explore these edges because this is where wonderful life lessons can be learned.

I’ve found some powerful ways to explore the edges in my life, which include time spent in the mountains and backcountry wilderness, martial arts, and regenerative farming. Each of these experiences offers a unique perspective and helps me go deeper into my own sense of being in this world. I am attempting to understand who I really am.

There is so much noise to filter out to get to the heart of the story. There’s much happening all around us, all the time, so we must find a practice of concentration and focus, to keep our attention on what is most important. This is an ongoing practice, a practice embraced every day, allowing us to go deeper into the workings of the world around us and within.

Seeking adventure to shatter reality as I know it. I want to continuously break my frame of understanding so that I can see more of this whole thing, to see what is really going on. I know I am only scratching the surface. It’s exciting to adventure into the darkness, unknown, and abyss with great curiosity. What a wild and miraculous world.

I love to understand our strength and personal power, seeing the ways we can push ourselves in positive ways, every day. Connecting with beautiful people, dancing, and playing and the lightness and gentleness of the world emerge. Through the breath, we find the ground and walk forward.

Finding our practices, work, and connections that allow us the deepest kind of healing. It’s a beautiful process, going up and down, with glorious and painful moments side by side. To fully experience all the moments, to simply allow them to pass through and be as they are and need to be. Finding and practicing gratitude for all that we have. Opening the heart to create and build with magic.
